Terms of service · last updated 9 October 2026
The agreement, in plain terms.
What you may do with AuthFI, what we commit to, how you pay, and how it ends.
The short version
Your data
It is yours. We claim no ownership and process it only to provide the service.
Leaving
You can export your data at any time and close your account from the console.
Paying
Plans are billed in advance. Going over what a plan includes is billed afterwards; we do not switch the service off for it.
Uptime
An uptime commitment with credits is part of the Enterprise plan. Availability is published at status.authfi.io.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
This summary is a reading aid. The full text below is what governs, and where the two differ the full text counts.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and AuthFI Private Limited (CIN U62099OD2026PTC054857), registered at 1502, Hazari Lane, Kataka, Odisha 753009, India (“AuthFI”, “we”). By using AuthFI (“the Service”) you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.
Where you have signed an order form or a separate agreement with us, that document prevails over these terms where they differ.
The Service
AuthFI provides an identity platform: sign-in, single sign-on, directory and provisioning, authorization for AI agents, Zero-Code sign-in and enforcement, access to cloud roles and servers, keys and secrets, audit, and related services. We run it in our regions, or it runs in your own cloud under the Enterprise plan; you configure it for your applications and people.
Parts of the Service are marked Available, Pilot or In development. A part marked Pilot or In development is provided as it stands, may change, and carries no commitment of availability.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you create an account.
- Keep your sign-in methods and administrator access secure; you are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Tell us at once if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or regulation that applies to you;
- infringe the rights of others;
- distribute malware or attack other systems;
- gain or attempt access to accounts or systems you are not authorised to use;
- store content unrelated to identity and access management;
- resell the Service without a written agreement with us.
Your data
The people, groups, roles, connections, keys, audit records and everything else you create in the Service are yours. We claim no ownership and process them only to provide the Service, as the privacy policy describes.
You can export your data at any time through the console or the API. If your account is closed we delete your data within 30 days; audit records may be kept for up to 90 days, and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available at all times and publish its availability and incidents at status.authfi.io.
An uptime commitment with service credits is part of the Enterprise plan and is set out in the order form for that plan. Team and Professional are provided without an uptime commitment.
Planned maintenance that may interrupt the Service is announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Plans, billing and payment
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly, quarterly or yearly as you choose; a deployment that is dedicated to you or runs in your own cloud is an annual contract.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added where they apply, including GST for customers in India.
- Each plan includes set amounts. Use beyond those amounts is billed afterwards at the published rates. We do not suspend the Service because you have gone over what your plan includes.
- We may change prices with 30 days’ notice. A price you have already agreed for a term is honoured until that term ends.
- If an invoice is overdue we may suspend the Service after 15 days’ notice.
- An annual plan may be cancelled for a refund within its first 30 days.
Startup program and pilots
There is no public free plan. We may provide the Service free of charge or at a reduced price to an early-stage company under the startup program, or for a pilot. The terms of such an arrangement are those we agree with you in writing, and these terms apply to everything else.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AuthFI’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AuthFI against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or from your violation of another person’s rights.
Ending the agreement
- You may close your account at any time from the console.
- We may close an account that breaks these terms, on 7 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach.
- You can export your data before the account closes. After it closes your data is deleted as set out above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be decided by the courts of Bengaluru, India.
